Arby’s seems to have very much trouble giving you what you pay for. But usually they will try to make it right. But on May 2, 2003 they decided that the customer should bear all responsibility for their mistake. After 24 hours and 4 trips to arby’s get what I asked for the first time, I decided I would rather have my money back and Shenekia Watson told me that they could not give me my money back without a receipt which by now I do not have. I believe that my request was reasonable and cannot approve of a business behaving like this.
